AI Agents & AI Front Desk

An AI agent should know what it can do — and what it must never do.

HJT designs customer-response and agent systems around approved knowledge, clear permissions, restricted tool access, human escalation, data boundaries, logging, and failure behavior — not just a polished happy-path conversation.

Discuss AI Agents
The business problem

Fast response matters. So do boundaries and recovery.

Voice and chat agents can help capture demand, qualify requests, route work, and reduce response delays. But a system that answers quickly and fails badly is still fragile technology. HJT treats permissions, fallback behavior, human handoff, and data access as part of the customer experience.

Current HJT proof status

The reference Front Desk is being re-hardened and revalidated.

HJT previously built a working AI Front Desk demonstration. Under the new security-led evidence standard, that reference implementation is being re-tested for failure handling, permissions, unauthorized requests, human escalation, and fallback behavior before stronger secure-operation claims are published.

What the architecture should include

Useful when it works. Controlled when conditions change.

Approved knowledge & lead capture

  • Answer from defined business knowledge, capture the information actually needed, and avoid inventing answers when the source is uncertain.

Restricted tools & permissions

  • Give the agent access to the minimum tools and data required instead of connecting it to everything the business owns.

Human escalation

  • Route judgment calls, sensitive situations, unsupported requests, and high-risk actions to a person instead of forcing the AI to improvise.

Fallback, logging & recovery

  • Define what happens when a CRM, calendar, API, model, or integration is unavailable — and keep enough evidence to understand what happened.
Vendor-independent by design

The architecture comes before the platform.

HJT does not require a business to adopt one specific CRM, voice provider, or automation platform just because that is what the agency knows. We map the operation first, preserve useful existing systems where practical, and choose the implementation stack around the business requirements, budget, security boundaries, and reliability needs.

Before you book

What people actually ask.

Does an AI Front Desk replace my receptionist?

Not by default. HJT designs the division of labor around the business. AI is best used for repeatable response and routing; humans stay in the loop where judgment, sensitivity, or approval matters.

Do I have to use GoHighLevel?

No. HJT is moving to a vendor-independent architecture model. The right CRM, voice, automation, and data stack depends on what you already use and what the system needs to do.

Can HJT red-team the agent after it is built?

Yes, when the testing is authorized and scoped. That can include prompt-injection scenarios, unauthorized-information requests, tool failures, ambiguous intent, permission boundaries, and human-handoff conditions.
