HJT Red Team

Find what breaks before your customers do.

High John Technology studies where revenue, reliability, risk, and security problems actually exist — then proves the failure, fixes the right layer, and retests the system.

Revenue Red Team

Customer-side failures that quietly cost the business money.

We examine observable customer journeys for problems such as missed calls, broken forms, slow response, lead-routing failures, follow-up gaps, booking friction, quote-request failures, and weak handoffs. This is business-system analysis — not penetration testing.

Authorized AI / Systems Red Team

Permissioned testing for systems you are responsible for.

With written authorization and defined scope, HJT can assess AI-agent permissions, tool access, prompt-injection resistance, data boundaries, CRM workflows, APIs and webhooks, fallback logic, human handoffs, credentials, identity and access, monitoring, and resilience. We do not perform active testing against third parties without authorization.

What we find

Four lenses. One operating reality.

Revenue

  • Where demand, follow-up, booking, attribution, or handoffs allow opportunities to disappear.

Reliability

  • What happens when an API fails, an AI model is unavailable, data is malformed, or a workflow only completes halfway.

Risk

  • Where fragile dependencies, unclear ownership, missing approvals, or poor recovery design can create operational exposure.

Security

  • Where permissions, secrets, identity, data access, agent tools, or integrations are broader than they need to be.
How we prove it

Failure → consequence → evidence → remediation → retest.

HJT does not treat a green checkmark as proof that a business system is safe or reliable. Findings are tied to evidence, remediation is tied to the actual failure, and the system is retested after the fix. Public demos and synthetic labs are labeled as demos — never presented as paid-client outcomes.

Scope & authorization

Clear boundaries before testing starts.

Is the Revenue Red Team a penetration test?

No. It focuses on observable customer and revenue-system failures such as forms, response paths, routing, booking, follow-up, and handoffs. Active security testing requires separate written authorization and scope.

Will HJT test systems we do not own?

Not actively. Authorized AI and systems red-team work requires permission from the responsible party and a defined scope before testing begins.

Do you guarantee that a system cannot fail or be compromised?

No. The goal is to identify meaningful failure modes, reduce exposure, improve recovery, and produce evidence for the scenarios tested — not make impossible guarantees.
